    Journal entries allow informal reflection on topics related to course material. Each entry will be 300-500 words, submitted through the dropbox. Journals must be completed by April 15. (3 entries for 5% or 6 for 10%)/ No need for anonymity on this assignment.

    This assignment allows you to study your own diet and/or explore improvements in your diet. There are two phases for work on this assignment marked in the Reading Schedule. You must do either this assignment or a Food Investigation Paper. More information on the course wiki page.
